JODI SCHAEFER, RN
Registered Nurse, Jodi Schaefer, joined Flores Plastic Surgery in 2015 after she met Dr. Jaime Flores on the volleyball court during a charity event. Jodi immediately jumped at the opportunity to join Dr. Flores’ team as the Registered Nurse Clinician. Her efforts focus on patient education, preoperative preparation of surgical patients and their intricate postoperative care.

Barbara Ponce, P.A.
Barbara is a licensed Physician Assistant who joined Flores Plastic Surgery in early 2018. Barbara graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida International University. Barbara also has three years of work experience in the medical records field, having been a scribe for Pediatric Emergency Room and Pediatric ENT providers. Barbara has a passion for social work and has been on 5 medical missions to places like Guatemala and Ecuador. Her latest surgical mission was to Riobamba, Ecuador, where she worked alongside Dr. Flores assisting him in cases like microtia ear reconstruction, and cleft lip and palate repairs. Barbara has been a great addition to our practice.
Dominique Menoud
Dominique is the Reconstructive Surgical Coordinator at Flores Plastic Surgery. She joined our team in 2014 and is an essential patient liaison. Dominique works with insurance companies to obtain required authorizations and with hospitals to schedule tests and procedures. Dominique has extensive experience working as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, and more recently, coordinating a multi-specialty surgical team. She also is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management. A Miami native, Dominique is a busy mom, balancing work and school while raising twin boys.
